Energy Assessor – Dundalk (Full-Time, with site visits as required)

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 (DOE)

Our team uses the latest surveying and digital technology to provide accurate, high-value data and reporting that drives smarter construction and sustainability decisions.
We are now expanding our Energy team and have an opportunity for an experienced Energy Assessor to join them in the Dundalk HQ.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out Domestic & Non-Domestic BER assessments
- Supporting project delivery with energy surveys, air tests, sound tests, thermal imaging and related reporting
- Preparing accurate and compliant technical documentation for clients
- Working closely with internal design, surveying and engineering teams
- Travelling to client sites as required across Ireland (vehicle allowance provided)
What You’ll Need
- Building Surveying qualification (or related discipline)
- Proven experience completing BER assessments (domestic + commercial)
- Working knowledge of Autocad, Revit, Microsoft Office
- Full clean Irish/EU driving licence & ability to travel daily
- Valid Safe Pass / CSCS card
- Good level of written + spoken English
- Permitted to work in Ireland/EU without sponsorship
Desirable (not essential)
- NFQ Advanced/Higher Cert in Construction Studies or equivalent
- Experience working with energy modelling or building compliance software
- Interest in developing skills in new digital surveying technology
